As a Crazy Golf Kiosk Attendant, you are responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service ensuring a quality and friendly service, in a clean and safe environment.
- Issuing Crazy Golf equipment, using a till and advising guests
- Be empowered to resolve guest complaints speedily and with empathy and to the satisfaction of the guest
- Have a good knowledge of all products and services on the park, identify and upsell encourage secondary spend
Qualifications and Experience:
- No qualifications needed
- Be friendly and personable with total focus on the guests and their safety
Job Types: Full-time & Part-time Contract available
