IWJS have over 40 years’ experience of delivering in-sewer services, waste management and industrial cleaning to essential infrastructure sectors across the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Administrator based in our Colchester Depot.
As an Administrator you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for the delivery of all on site works but primary works will be purchase orders, invoicing of works and data collection. You will assist and support the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client.
As an Administrator will be responsible for data processing and general admin duties. You will also be responsible for purchase order processing and spreadsheet management. As well as the management of systems and processes and the use of bespoke software platforms.
