Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to work on our Thames Water (Major Projects) contract in London.

Major Projects will involve the delivery of up to 35 projects per year including clean and waste water between £150k - £3m in value. This is an exciting new role to lead the contract and deliver a new framework for MWS. You will be joining the team in the inception of the contract and therefore have the chance to shape the way the contract is delivered and recruit the project team to support you as the contract grows.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who will excel in communication, leadership, client relationship and personal development. You will be committed to resolve and/or escalate any issues in a timely fashion. You will be a visible leader of Health & Safety and challenge others to develop as leaders whilst serving as a role model.

You will develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties and support the long-term MGroup business plan. You will be committed to continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

In addition, you will focus on actively promoting MWS and ensuring MWS maintain a positive public image by following good practice and adopting a considerate attitude.

Do you have previous experiencing in managing a portfolio of construction projects?

Can you demonstrate strong people and client management skills?

Are you APMP or MSP qualified?

Do you hold a NEBOSH qualification?
