About us

Based in Cark-In-Cartmel, we are a small but nimble agency, working with a range of clients throughout Cumbria and further afield. Having recently celebrated our 10th birthday, we provide digital marketing campaigns across Meta (paid), organic social, SEO, and PPC, as well as website design and development.

We are a Google partner agency and a META partner agency.

About the role

As someone who works directly managing client websites, you will be responsible for website changes and management. Importantly, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the latest web technologies, working with content management systems, and an ability to learn new technologies quickly.

You are client focused and have excellent problem-solving skills combined with a technical mind.

You will be expected to work with developers implementing website changes, as well as making changes to Wordpress websites directly, and managing quality control.

You will be expected to communicate website improvement opportunities with other team members, as well as ensuring stability and performance.

You will be working with website developers, both front and back end, ensuring changes and work is implemented to the highest standard.

About you

You will have a solid grasp of web technologies, with a focus on delivering results.

You will have extremely strong communication skills, and be able to liaise across a team environment.

Develop and sustain strong understandings of client websites, and identify improvement opportunities.

You will have an understanding of website hosting, email hosting, DNS, Wordpress, and project management tools. You will also have a grasp of Wordpress plugin installation and management.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in some digital marketing disciplines.

You will have excellent problem-solving skills and ideally experience of project planning, and meeting deadlines.
