Position Overview & Specifications

Warehouse Operative – Manchester - £22,500 to £24,500 pa

08:55 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Early finish on Friday

25 Days Holiday – Increases with Length of Services

Half day off on Birthday.

Manchester Staff are looking for a Warehouse Operative for a specialist and unique service provider in Manchester, just south of the city centre. The successful candidate will be expected to provide the highest level of service delivery, product quality control and order accuracy. They will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all aspects of our client’s specialist, supply chain and service delivery.

The applicants must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, while being able to manage several projects at one time and meeting various deadlines.

Responsibilities

· To have good channels of communication between the warehouse and other departments.

· Follow weekly and daily tasks that are recorded on the whiteboard and in the weekly Logistic meetings.

· To work closely with other specialist colleagues when working on a joint project ensuring a high level of communication and joint decision making.

· Manages own time effectively, prioritising and copes with pressure.

· Comfortable checking own work and assisting colleagues when there are heavy workloads or tight deadlines.

· Maintaining strong relationships via telephone, email, and face to face.

· Raising issues in a timely and confident manner with assistance from Head/Deputy Head of Logistics, upholding our high level of service we offer.

· Is confident in all aspects of the logistics procedure.

· To embrace the Company values and incorporate them into daily activity.

· Working continuously to develop the company brand.
