We need breakfast waiters to create the ultimate experience when our guests dine and drink with us.

As a breakfast waiter/ress , you'll learn from some of the best in the industry; people who have walked these corridors for a great many years. Were looking for someone who'll be able to embody five-star service and our oriental origins: graceful movements, a humble calm, a true focus on the guest.

The Breakfast Waiter/waitress will be responsible for the following duties:

• To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to reservation plans.
• To present the menus.
• To manage and assist the Restaurant Management in controlling the flow of the guests.
• Basic knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Breakfast by Mandarin Oriental
• To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts
