TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST – NETWORK DEPLOYMENT

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Frequently installing Fibre Optic Cables underground or overhead (in poles).
• Roping Openreach ducts.
• Pulling Fibre Optic Cables.
• Splicing Fibre Optic Cables.
• Measuring Fibre Optic Cables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Fibre Optic Network Deployment: 5 years (preferred).
• Must have experience in managing GIS systems (anyone).
• Highly valued to have the following training courses:

- SA008 PIA Overhead Cable Installation.

- SA002 Underground Safety.

- S007 PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation.

- A001 Overhead Safety.

- S009 PIA Pole stepping on congested poles.

- N23 One Fibre Network FTTP Strategic UG & OH Build.

- NRSWA Unit O1 - Signing lighting and guarding.

- Medium Risk Confined Spaces.

- S006 PIA Duct Survey Only.

- S005 PIA Pole Survey.

• Languages: English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
