Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy, organized, and fully functional laboratory environment for our resident companies. You will also interface with our clients on a daily basis to ensure that their needs are met and their operations run as smoothly as possible. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, you will receive training in Lean methodology to help streamline our processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

3. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment

Ideally, you will also have experience in customer service or a related field. However, we are willing to consider candidates who are passionate about our mission and willing to learn, and no specific technical skills are required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive wages, health benefits, paid vacation, a mass transit bonus, and a 401K retirement program. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The starting salary is $22.50 per hour. We are also a growing business with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
