Warehouse Operators

We are looking to recruit Warehouse / Coldstore Operatives to join our team at Mallusk, Greater Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with career opportunities.

Terms:

• Day Shift starting at £11.30 per hour
• Day Shift & Aisle Master Trained £11.80 per hour
• Night Shift starting at £11.80 per hour
• Night Shift & Aisle Master Trained £12.30 per hour
• Overtime rate is +£1 per hour in addition to standard rate after working 40 hours per week.

About The Role

Hours of Work:

Day & Night Shifts are Available

Day Shift Operations 6.00 am – 3.00 pm

Mid Shift 11.00 am – 8.00 pm

Night Shift Operations 8.00 pm – 5.00 am

The Role:

• Working as part of a team, to meet deadlines that will require work inside a cold store, chill store & ambient store.
• Unloading and loading trailers.
• Receiving goods in.
• Using Handheld scanners.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift and Ride on power pallet truck to move stock.
• Picking orders and building pallets.
• Completing various records accurately.
• Loading and unloading groupage.

Criteria:

• In-date Counterbalance forklift license
• Ability to work within -20 degrees
• Flexible working hours attitude.
• Ability to read and write in English
• Previous warehousing work
• Ride on power pallet truck license
• Aisle master license
• Previous experience working with handheld scanners
• Previous experience working in a cold store
