Night Warden - Waren Caravan Park - Bamburgh

Night Warden –- Full Time – Seasonal Role - Immediate Start

(6 days per week, 36 hours per week until end October, £10.42 per hour)

Person required to ensure that the Holiday Park runs smoothly throughout the evening. This would be a varied role and would suit someone that has experience of delivering excellent customer service whilst some basic maintenance knowledge would be beneficial. This job does involve working weekends. Uniform will be provided.

Main Tasks of Job Include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries
• To ensure clear communication on required tasks to meet legal and compliance standards on site.
• Ensuring that park rules regarding quiet times in the evening are adhered to.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that a high standard of site presentation and ensure safety is achieved and maintained, have a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The role will include locking and unlocking of the premises and dealing with out of hours callouts

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance (preferable);
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Full UK Driving license preferred would be beneficial
