With over 31 years of experience supporting some of the world's leading brands, we are now seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team and help generate high-volume B2B sales leads for our suite of apps and solutions.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of e-Reception Book (https://www.ereceptionbook.website), the UK's fastest-growing visitor check-in solution for offices, schools, and care homes. Working alongside our Head of Marketing, Lead Designer, Digital Marketing Executive, and other stakeholders, you'll be responsible for implementing a wide range of marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and generate sales interest.

Your day-to-day tasks will be varied, and you'll have the opportunity to work on email campaigns, social media activity and ads, outreach lead generation, website management, and creating insightful help articles to support our existing client-base. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the product team to improve the user experience across our product suite, creating new landing pages and websites, and ensuring our visual brand identity is consistent across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support lead generation through various activities, such as email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage our visual brand identity across different channels, including brochures, website, and social media
  • Develop helpful articles to assist our current clients
  • Schedule posts for social media platforms and ensure consistency in messaging
  • Enhance communication with existing customers by sharing updates on our products, new releases, and feature improvements
  • Build new landing pages and websites to showcase our product suite
  • Work with the product team to enhance the user experience across all products.

ABOUT YOU

You are a friendly, proactive, organised digital marketer, with a flexible approach. You have had experience working in a B2B marketing environment with a passion to lead generate.

We’re also looking for people who:

  • Has prior experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Proficient in lead generation strategies and tactics
  • Display exceptional social media management capabilities
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of website administration
  • Showcase a good grasp of software and application usage
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Desirable, but not essential skills:

  • Experience using Asana to meet deadlines and manage tasks
  • Experience using Squarespace website builders
  • Knowledge of DotDigital email campaign software
  • Experience in using CRM's to manage and log leads
