Meraki Talent is recruiting for a Project Manager for one of its Financial Services clients who are experiencing rapid growth. Our Glasgow City Centre based client and their diverse workforce use expert market knowledge to navigate clients through a constantly evolving market landscape. The role outlined below provides an excellent opportunity for a Project Support Analyst to assist senior staff members to deliver a variety of project types as part of a dynamic workflow.

The role provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing company with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities that carry considerable potential for professional development include supporting Project Leads with the day-to-day management of a range of projects, planning and organising project meetings, and producing agendas. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Support Analyst.

Responsibilities of the Project Support Analyst:

• Supporting the development of project plans, process maps and other key project control documentation
• Managing internal team and project SharePoint files
• Creating meeting agendas and taking minutes
• Ensuring project actions are completed by liaising with clients and colleagues

Background of the Project Support Analyst:

• Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator or administrator role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project qualifications / MS project experience desirable but not essential
