Business Administrator (Part-time)

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)

• You will provide high-quality administrative support to the directors and technical teams
• Responsibilities will include; organising diaries, booking travel, digital filing, taking notes in meetings, courier and post management, answering incoming calls, providing office guests with refreshments, monitoring and managing office supplies, liaising with suppliers, management of printers and other IT equipment as necessary, on boarding with HR where required.
• Our Glasgow office has a team of 14. It is a bright and airy space and a 5 minute walk from Glasgow train station
• The business is a well-established and highly regarded construction consulting firm specialising in cost and project management – experience working in a similar technically professional environment would be a positive
