Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Graphic Design Manager:
- Lead a small team, ensuring deadlines are hit and work is delivered at a high level
- Creation of large brand assets to bring to life this retail brand
- Creation of POS assets to assist cyclical promotional campaigns
- Work with external creative agency on overall long term creative concepts
- Create assets and toolkits for external marketing communications campaigns
- Maintain 'brand books' and ensure brand identity across all creative work
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Graphic Design Manager:
- Detailed understanding and working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent people manager who is able to get the most out of a talented team
- Able to manage multiple projects from concept to implementation
- Ideally experience within the Retail/FMCG space
