Healthcare Assistant - Orsett Respiratory

An exciting post has arisen to join our team within the Respiratory Medicine Department, based on Orsett Ward.

Orsett Ward offers specialist diagnosis and treatment for people with respiratory conditions and ensures patients benefit from the high quality treatment and care delivered by a team of experienced staff.

You will work as an integral member of the team, expanding, developing and utilising clinical skills to enhance and optimise clinical practice to ensure excellent patient care, which is our main focus, with a structured education, training and development programme to help you develop your skills and your knowledge.

Our ward specialises in the care of patients with a range of respiratory conditions, including pleural procedures, acute respiratory care, high flow oxygen devices, and non-invasive ventilation.

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with vast specialist services such as Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialists, Lung Cancer and TB Nurse Specialists, Sleep Services, and different multi-disciplinary teams.
