Position Overview & Specifications
Are you outgoing, friendly and organised? An opportunity has arisen for a receptionist / clerical assistant to join our busy but friendly Physiotherapy reception team.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team who facilitate the smooth running of physiotherapy outpatient reception, providing the administrative support with registering patient appointments upon their arrival and adding patient outcomes to the system following appointments.
The role will involve working with a variety of staff within the therapies team, and the successful candidate will be a first point of contact for patients arriving at physiotherapy reception.
Experience of working with systems such as Careflow would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given.
