As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a Technician to join our Art & Design department.

Details of the role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for supporting the teaching and learning carried out in art and design subjects at our Medway campus.

The post holder must be able to prepare lesson resources.

You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of art and design stock. Resourcefulness and ability to work flexibly and reliably with minimum supervision are key requirements of this post. You should also be interested in the education of students and willing to assist in their learning.

Job Requirements

The successful applicants will be prepared to undergo training as required and be well qualified with a relevant vocational qualification, preferably to degree standard.

This is a full time position for 37 hours per week, term time only for 40 weeks per year.
