The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant – with Meeting & Events experience

Food & Beverage Assistant with Meetings and Events responsibilities include:

• Providing food and beverage service in the Bar, Restaurant, Conference/Function rooms
• Excellent customer service when dealing with all guest requests
• General cleaning duties
• Setting up conference rooms, moving furniture and equipment
• Carrying out a variety of tasks, depending on guest requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience of Food & Beverage and/or Meetings & Events service
• High customer service focus
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant mannerism and positive, ‘can do’ attitude
• High standards and attention to detail
• Flexibility to carry out a variety of tasks
• Ability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis, weekend work is included
