Role Responsibilities
- Ensure that Miller’s UK benefits are accurately maintained.
- Ownership of some of Miller’s UK benefits, including Gyms, Cycle to Work and Medical Screenings.
- Assist with annual benefit renewals, for both UK and International benefits.
- Assist with the maintenance and administration of International benefits.
- Respond to internal and external benefit queries.
- Ensure, where relevant, accurate benefits-related payroll information is provided to the Payroll Specialist for timely processing.
- Provide appropriate benefits data, both internally and externally, including during the Group Risk renewal process.
- Assist with periodic reviews of Miller benefits, and suggest appropriate improvements.
- Completion of benefits questionnaires/surveys as required.
- Ensure Benefits and Wellbeing pages on Mint are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Prepare, maintain and implement the annual Wellbeing calendar.
- Work with the Communications team to provide Wellbeing communications.
- Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations which apply to Miller.
- Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role at Miller, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA rules.
- Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller’s reputation in the market
