Sushi Chef - Japanese Restaurant - Accommodation Provided

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in Windsor.

About Misugo|

Misugo is a contemporary Japanese and Sushi restaurant focusing on traditional Japanese cuisine. You can find out more details about Achimi at www.misugo.co.uk.

We are located just outside London on the M4 in Windsor. There are regular train services into London. Accommodation is provided.

The Job |

Our sushi chef will be responsible for preparing and serving all our sushi dishes to our guests. This will include the preparation and cutting of whole fish as well as preparing our range of sushi rolls during service.

You will use fresh ingredients to cook our dishes for customers every single day. You will also be responsible for your own section, ensuring the quality and presentation of your food whilst working alongside the wider team including kitchen Chef to curate our seasonal menus.

Accommodation and all staff meals are provided.

Requirements |

• Candidates must have a basic knowledge about Sushi & Japanese foods and worked in the relevant job for at least 6 month.
• Candidates must have a knowledge of basic Food & Hygiene.
• We want someone with a can do attitude!
