Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day to day operations of running your business
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates
• Create placements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and other channels
• Engage with the community
• Attend weekly training and development calls for up-skilling
• Lead and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for your team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general work experience in a professional capacity (corporate environment or self-employed)
• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Natural gravitation to Personal Development and helping others on their growth journey
• Autonomous work ethic and self motivated achiever
• Receptive to new ideas - growth mindset and big thinker with high success markers and aspirations for their future
• Great social and interpersonal skills
