International Operations Manager

Although we believe the majority of our people will choose our hybrid working model (at least 2 days in the office each week), for some of our teams that don't require as much in-person connection and collaboration, we offer fully remote working (with paid travel to the Moonpig office up to 6 times per year). We're recruiting a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join Moonpig’s Operations team and help lead our international operations in two newly established markets - Ireland and Australia - as well as help design operational set-ups in future new ones. As our International Operations Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring our international fulfilment partners deliver for our customers, with a passion for driving our Operations strategic planning, as well as an interest in working across international markets.
