Position Overview & Specifications
Working at our new site based in Yateley, Hampshire, we have 2 Vehicle Preparation Operator roles available helping to move motorcycles around the site and prepare them ready for customer collections. The role is an integral part of the team at Yateley and ideally requires people with motorcycle handling experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare all bikes ready for sale within 24 hours of instruction to include:
- Ensure all engines are running where reasonably possible.
- Documents and keys are placed with the machines where applicable.
- Take retail images of each machine in the imaging booth, ensure the image files are available to the wider team.
- Physically park each bike once preparation process is complete.
- Prepare orders ready for salvage sale collections and deliveries.
- Facilitate sold bike customer handovers, including physical bike movements to collection bays when requested by the reception or sales teams.
- General bike unloading and loading. Ensure vehicles from outstanding movement orders are chased and appropriately actioned by the core stock control team.
- Removing and processing personal effects when requested.
This is a newly created team with the opportunity to grow and develop within this role as this team and department continues to expand.
We are looking for reliable, team players who ideally have a passion for motorcycles with good customer service skills.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
