Position Overview & Specifications
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team looking after some of London's most exclusive contracts. We are looking for a real team player, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. A hands-on individual that is not afraid of hard work. Flexibility is key due to the nature of the business, and you will be required to work some weekends and additional hours during busy/peak periods.
Our weekly schedule includes very early starts and some night shifts. Please take this into consideration before applying.
Our main studio is based in NW10, Park Royal/Hanger Lane. There is off site parking in nearby streets.
Key characteristics of the right candidate include:
Minimum 3 years’ experience - previous experience in contract/corporate floristry will be favored
A strong knowledge in contract floristry from working with vases to large scale installation
Great attention to detail is a must/knowledge of maintaining floral and planted displays to a high standard
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative, with a real passion for flowers
Composure under pressure, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility - available to work weekends, late nights and early mornings
Full UK driving license - ability to drive large vans (preferred)
Enthusiastic with plenty of stamina and physically fit as the job includes heavy lifting
