The Role:

Our Quality Inspectors are part of the MEDC Quality Team and are responsible for carrying out inspections on deliveries into the Company.

Duties & Responsiblities:

· Inspect and re-pack all product groups to the correct AQL level and quality standards of deliveries arriving at MEDC.

· Release and transfer stock from deliveries during the inspection stage.

· Prepare stock ready to be sold to our outlet stores.

· Carry out random spot-checks and 100% inspection of stock at the MEDC upon request from Quality Inspection Assistant Manager.

· Carry out high standard of inspection on Red Folder orders and Customer Exchanges.

· Complete Far East orders and to the correct completion date.

· Record fob number on orders shipped to Italy.

· Assist in logging in and processing returns from stores.

Team:

· Participate in team meetings.

· Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office specifically, Excel and Word.

· Can work well under pressure.

· Proven flexible approach to work.

· Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to identify new priorities and adapt plans accordingly

· Enjoys working in a hands-on role and as part of a team.

Other:

Quality Inspectors are required to assist the Repairs team if needed and maybe asked to work on other sites.
