Dairy farm worker

Responsibilities:

We are looking for hard-working no-nonsense individuals to work as a part of our farm team. You'll be part of a team of 3 plus 3 relief staff. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys multiple faucets of dairy farming and is happy to turn their hand to 3-4 milkings a week, help with calves and feeding / bedding up the herd. We are a block calving grazing dairy with plenty of opportunities for generous rotas and time off from 15th April until 1st September, after that we usually operate a 12-2 rota through the winter plus any prearranged holiday. Starting wage depends on previous experience but happy to escalate quickly if candidate exceeds expectations.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
