Dealership Tyre Fitter

Expert tyre fitter? Great with customers? This role will see you working with some of the world’s most respected car manufacturers.

Based in a prestigious dealership, you’ll provide expert and specialist knowledge in tyre fitting. Building great relationships within the dealership, you’ll communicate on a daily basis with all their team, from Technicians to the Service Manager and Dealership Principal.

Using your technical expertise, you’ll carry out inspections of dealership vehicles at the customer’s site, removing, repairing and replacing tyres as required. Operating to the highest quality standards, you’ll also provide efficient and effective customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspection, removal, repair and replacement of tyres
• Managing stock and ensuring stock checks are carried out in line with company procedures
• Maintaining a professional working relationship with all dealership colleagues
• Providing quality standards of work at all times, seeking advice and guidance where necessary
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all safety procedures are followed
• Ensuring the National Customer Code is followed

For success in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Tyre Technician, with excellent tyre fitting abilities
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
• You should be computer literate with a keen eye for detail
• A high level of customer focus.
• A full driving licence
