Civil Engineer
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to work on the trunk road and motorway network connects. Scotland's major cities, towns, airports and ports enabling the movement of people, goods and services.

Key responsibilities for this Civil Engineer role:
- Develop effective concept design solutions that are consistent with the project brief.
- Implement effective, value for money and innovative design solutions to meet technical and project requirements.
- Undertake feasibility studies, appraisal / assessment reports and other written documents.
- Comply with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, particularly the CDM
- Supervise and mentor junior members of staff.
Experience required for this Civil Engineer role:
- A recently qualified Chartered Engineer MICE, MIHE, MCIHT, MIStructE or TPP
- IEng or CEng
- Demonstratable experience of delivering competent designs of minor improvements such as major junction layouts including traffic signals, lining and signing schemes for both the trunk and local road networks
- Principal Designer with working knowledge of current CDM and H&S requirements
- Computer literate and conversant with relevant engineering software packages such Keylines, Keyposts, Civils 3D
Package offered for this Civil Engineer role:
- £35 - £38 per hour inside IR35
- Intial 6 month
- Hybrid working
