Office Manager

We are looking for a office Manager/ Assistant

Neptune Heating and Plumbing Ltd, is a family run company that have have trading for 10 years. Due on year on year growth, we have just moved to our new office in Hemel Hempstead.

Neptune provides first class customer service and and workmanship.

Neptune Provides, Heating and Plumbing and Domestic Gas Services. Anything from a boiler installation to bathroom installation, to boiler and plumbing repairs. We have a installation side of the business and a break down side of the business.

We have a number of professional clients we works for, including Housing Associations, Insurance companies, Builders, Estate Agents and a large private customer client data base.

We can offer a busy, fun working environment with career progression for the right applicant.

Working hours 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday and on call on Saturday on a rota.

20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, free car parking, career progression, staff events, mobile phone or phone allowance and pension.

Duties will be:

Assisting the director with planning of work loads for the engineers

sending out work schedules to the engineers

Ordering parts from suppliers

Checking suppliers invoices to make sure correct parts have been ordered and prices

providing first class customer service to customers

Managing Engineers

general admin

Skills Needed

Must come from a heating or plumbing background.

Must have a scheduler background

Excellent communication skills

Excellent PC skills
