Position Overview & Specifications
Excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join a global Interiors consultancy that specialises in high-end hospitality and residential interiors.
As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact and is therefore required to represent the company positively towards any person either visiting the office or requiring assistance on the phone or by email.
You will be responsible for;
- Assisting the office by taking responsibility for all general office administration matters i.e. office maintenance, office equipment and stationary orders, post, couriers, travel arrangements, office events.
- Assisting designers with project-related matters at times when necessary.
- Health & Safety arrangements for the office.
- Organising staff get-together/events such as weekly breakfasts, firm-wide meetings and seasonal parties, including maintaining relevant expenditure record.
- Supporting the Directors and assisting in office tasks and duties as well as the co-ordination of all travel arrangements.
- Screening of incoming business posts and re-directing any urgent mail to senior staff members should Directors be away from the office for a lengthy period of time.
This position will be key for the overall day-to-day running of the office, so requires a highly organised and efficient individual who is happy to be the 'go-to' person.
