The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring NewDay attracts and onboards top talent to sustain a high performing and growing company. You’ll be committed to constantly raising the bar, using data to drive improvements across the end-to-end hiring process. Leading a team of nine, you’ll report directly to the CPO and will be a member of the People Leadership Team, contributing to a wider People Strategy for NewDay.

This is a 15 month parental leave cover on a fixed term contract basis.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a team with ExCo buy-in to build on an already solid platform to create a market-leading TA team.
