Position Overview & Specifications
PA - London - up to £45,000 (DOE)
Next Chapter Talent have been instructed by a reputable industry leading property investment company based in London in their search for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a senior Director of their business.
Responsibilities and duties
· The role reports directly to the Head of department and will require you to work closely alongside directors.
· Meeting scheduling with minutes maintaining a task list of matters/action points and follow-ups.
· Diary & Travel management
· Coordinate attendance of events, interviews, conferences
· Ensure agreed targets and procedures are upheld.
· Travel will be required from time to time.
· Issue support and supervision of the local office’s operational activities
· Assist with personal and private administration.
· Liaise between the director and internal colleagues, wider teams, clients, and external contacts.
Qualifications and skills
· You will be ambitious and show enthusiasm towards your work and professional development.
· You will have strong organisation skills and a high standard of both written and oral communication skills.
· You will have 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to a Senior Director.
· You will be a natural problem solver who is friendly and approachable whilst maintaining a professional and resilient attitude.
· You will be proficient with Microsoft office applications, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Salary and Benefits
£37,000 - £45,000 (dependent on level of experience) plus benefits
Work from home flexibility
Reduced working hours on Fridays
