Position Overview & Specifications
Working within the Domestic Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping/cleaning duties. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or working within a healthcare setting, especially mental health areas, would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
You should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment and be flexible in regard to areas worked within Woodland View (Adult Mental Health wards) and Ayrshire Central Hospital and the North clinics where priorities can change due to staffing and activity.
Full training will be provided.
Hours: 15 hours per week (4:30pm- 7:30pm, Monday to Friday)
