The Role
This is a one-year placement role starting in August 2023, for those seeking a Human Resources placement opportunity in automotive industry as part of their University course.
This is a generalist role, covering a wide scope of activities: from employee relations, employee lifecycle tasks, HR administration, recruitment and learning & development to talent Management and others. It will provide a fantastic opportunity to build up a wide experience and knowledge in Human Resources.
There will also be a chance to lead HR projects on diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Studying a degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or a related topic
- Ideally have some previous work experience in administration
- Working with honesty and integrity
- A good communicator, building and maintaining great working relationships is vital
- Determination to succeed
- An inquisitive mindset
- Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, MK43 0DB
- Flexible working
- Occasional travel
- Half day Fridays!
