Position Overview & Specifications

Administrator - Volunteering and Community Team, a part-time (18 hours a week) temporary opportunity, joining a health charity based in London. Offering remote working.

Do you have excellent Administration, Communication and CRM/Database skills? Are you able to start immediately and looking to work 18 hours a week?

Due to a busy period within the Volunteering and Community Networks team, your help is needed to catch-up on receiving and recording on the CRM, documentation for compliance processes. Reporting to the Senior Volunteer Support Administrator, you provide administrative assistance to the team by monitoring an inbox and enquiries around documentation required for compliance purposes.

  • Process documentation for compliance processes, including Health and Safety audits, following up on audits/checks to ensure non-compliance is rectified and recorded.
  • Respond to enquiries from volunteers to help with obtaining compliance documents, finding relevant information on our volunteer resources, and to provide guidance to help volunteers resolve issues.
  • Record information on volunteer compliance on relevant databases to enable reporting.
  • Refer complex enquiries to relevant colleagues across the Community Networks team.

We are looking for you to have experience of working in a customer-facing environment, ideally including support to customers on the telephone and online. Have strong administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and consistently. Experience of using a CRM/Database or new systems and tools.
