THE ROLE OF CONCIERGE
As the Junior Concierge you will epitomize exceptional service for our guests and have a thorough knowledge of things to see and do in London. Your tasks as Concierge will include but will not be limited to:
- To have good knowledge of London and all there is to see and do including great new restaurants, attractions, shows, events taking place etc.
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
- Run errands for guests and management as requested.
- Create a personalized and bespoke experience for all guests using our concierge services.
- To have the mindset of anticipating guests needs and going above and beyond to exceed them.
- To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary.
- Be fully aware of any VIP or repeat guests who are staying with us and personalise service accordingly.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

- Minimum 1 years’ experience within a 5* hotel.
