Nobu Restaurant Commis Waiter/Waitress

THE ROLE

As a Commis Waiter/Waitress in Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Collaborate with waiting staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and ready for the next party
• Ensuring mise-en-place is prepared, polished and ready each day and ensuring that service stations are full
• Observe table and alert the waiting team if guests need anything at all
• Answer guests’ questions as required and be knowledgeable about the menus
• Ensure all dirty plates are removed from the stations as soon as they are cleared from the tables
• To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
