Commis Waiter/Waitress

THE ROLE

We are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu bar and Restaurant.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
• Set up the bar area and maintain the back bar perfectly
• Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and communicate
• A good working knowledge of all drink products – particularly the style and concept (Excellent training will be given!)
• Welcome guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standards
• Understand guest needs and dislikes

• Full competency of classic cocktails and develop wine knowledge
• Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
• Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
• An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
• An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
