THE ROLE

The Room Service/ In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests.

Your tasks will include:

• Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.
• Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests to reflect the NoMad standards, from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.
• Make sure all kitchenware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
• To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
• Always communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
