Part Time - 21-25 hours per week

North Beach Coffee Bar are looking for a driven passionate hospitality professional who can supervise the Front of House staff and bring new exciting and commercially viable ideas to our new business combined with the want to grow with us.

North Beach Coffee Bar is an 80 seater beachfront coffee bar, we are looking for an experienced food and drink professional who has managed or supervised successful and busy commercial establishments.

You will be working in a friendly happy environment which is a family business.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to manage a fantastic team, helping to run a profitable coffee bar and ensuring that the business progresses and grows both financially and socially.

You will assist running the business alongside our store manager, ensuring our super high standards are met in every respect.

Ambitious and commercially aware, you will have the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you will be an exceptional people manager, maximising your performance as well as that of your team .

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidates will have previous experience within a supervisory or management capacity within a busy coffee or restaurant environment. You will have knowledge and experience of Hygiene, Health & Safety and audits.

This is a hands on role, your role will involve many of the daily tasks that the front of house staff encounter alongside the responsibility of coordinating between the floor and kitchen.

You will be a person who is motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery, someone who can drive and motivate a team to deliver results.

The business unit was fully refurbished from top to bottom and consists of a 150 sqm internal, 40 seater internal coffee bar, an integrated new build takeaway kiosk, an 80 sqm, 40 seater, outside raised dining terrace with unobstructed sea views in addition to additional picnic bench seating scattered within the grounds.
