This is an exciting opportunity to join the Non Domestic (Business Rates) Team. You will be working as part of the Local Taxation and Benefits Shared Service in a fast paced environment dealing with Non Domestic rates billing and enquiries.

You will be determining liability, including processing discounts, reliefs and exemptions to maximise business rates collection.

You will need excellent customer service skills and will be required to answer customer queries over the telephone as part of the role.

We need people who are team players and are committed to providing an efficient service to the residents of North and North East Lincolnshire. We offer blended working between home and office. Once the appropriate training is complete you will have the option to work mainly from home. The team supports flexible working and this role is 18.5 hours per week working Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.
