The Role of the HCA within this Department is diverse. We aim to deliver high quality evidence based care to Trauma and Elective patients. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team within the Trauma and Orthopaedic outpatient department, to ensure the smooth running of both Trauma and Elective clinics, plaster room and minor ops . We care for a range of patients, both children and adults. You will be required to provide a high quality of care to patients in a caring and compassionate manner, acting always in the patients best interest. Part of the role will be to act as a role model and uphold the Trusts policies and procedures. Cross site working is also a requirement with Peterborough City Hospital and Stamford Hospital, when required.
