International Clinical Fellow

Service: General Adult, Older Adults and CAMHS available (rational placements depending on personal preferences and subject to availability)

Pay: ST4 Equivalent: £51,017.00 per annum (full time)

Location: Kettering or Northampton

We are excited to offer the opportunity for three full medical fellowships within the specialism of Psychiatry. This is a two year structured programme which will be tailored to individual interests will create the perfect opportunity for Fellows to learn, develop and gain experience working alongside highly experience medical colleagues and other clinical professionals.

NHFT is able to offer direct sponsorship through the GMC and will work with you to make your transition into the NHS as easy as possible.

Our processes will ensure assessment of each applicant to ensure that they meet the entry requirements as stipulated in our GMC Sponsorship commitment.

The International Clinical Fellowship Scheme aims to enrol IMGs who have already completed a postgraduate degree in mental health in their home countries. The candidates therefore would already be trained psychiatrists and would have achieved the necessary competencies in the discipline of mental health to enable them to practice safely within our services.
