Northamptonshire Mind is on the lookout for a Marketing and Communications Officer to join their team! As our Marketing and Communications Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that will raise awareness of our services, engage with our community, and increase our visibility across multiple platforms.

You'll be responsible for creating compelling content for our website and social media channels, managing our social media accounts, developing relationships with media outlets, coordinating, and promoting fundraising activities, and collaborating with our Leadership & Management Team to develop marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or experience in a similar role, and knowledge of mental health issues and the charity sector. Strong communication skills, experience creating content for social media channels, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are also required.
