Position Overview & Specifications

NutraTea is a fast growing challenger food and drink startup that focuses on functional herbal teas that have been formulated for specific health issues. We have established a strong existing ecommerce presence as on online retailer through Amazon and our website, distributing to multiple countries.

We are seeking a proactive, driven ecommerce manager to join our small team to disrupt the market with new innovative ideas. They will need to strategically and commercially build the online presence of the brand to drive sales and profit in a cost-effective manner.

Reporting to the founders, this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Strategic management of products on our website and Amazon marketplaces to drive revenue and obtain marketplace positioning.
  • Manage day-to-day website/Amazon activity, product launches, proposition changes and content
  • Ensuring all product data, categorisation, filtering and meta-data is present and correct to drive effective SEO optimised website and conversion
  • Drive onsite promotion planning, promotions and extended range that complement the offering to increase sales, conversion rates, AOV and margin
  • Help analyse opportunities and trends to improve customer journey and range
  • Analyse and improve merchandising on the site and produce relevant reports using Google Analytics
  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams effectively to ensure website & Amazon content and communication is effectively displayed and consistent
  • Build relationships with commercial teams to execute promotions, range changes, opportunities and report on category performance
  • Assisting to deliver the promotional calendar, by coordinating with traffic driving marketing activities such as email, search/SEO, social media, and other digital marketing channels

The ideal candidate we are seeking:

  • eCommerce experience
  • Wordpress & WooCommerce Experience
  • The ability to generate and analyse data, implementing change based on results.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working in a start-up/challenger brand (FMCG, ideally)
  • Marketplace seller central experience (Amazon)
  • Proven results in generating revenue for an online retail website or platform.
  • A creative flair to support product listing optimisations.
  • A strong grasp of SEO, PPC and online keyword-driven marketing.

Salary: £25,000 - 30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • SEO: 1 year (preferred)
  • E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
