To work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One), responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.
As a representative of OCS Security, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to.
- Work with the multi-disciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
- To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.
- Provide Cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
- General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required.
- Check, maintain and set up meeting rooms in accordance with daily requirements
- Collect and deliver outgoing and incoming mail and parcel post.
- Setup meeting and consulting rooms ready for use.
Education & Experience
- Good Basic literacy & numeracy skills
- Full Manned Guarding SIA Licence
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar hospital environment
