Position Overview & Specifications

FULL TIME ROLES ONLY. INCREASED BASIC PAY RATE!

ROSTER TYPES

  • Trade Rosters - Receive your roster 1 week in advance to earn an extra incentive payment every month as well as priority over time bookings. Overtime Bookings will be automatically added to your weekly roster but can be cancelled prior. Please speak to us during the application process for more details.
  • Core Rosters - Receive your roster between 6-13 weeks in advance to give you more time to plan around personal commitments. Please speak to us during the application process for more details.
  • Starting rate - £10.80 per hour
  • Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £1.95 per hour.
  • Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
  • Performance based incentives available when targets are met
  • Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 or 1.5

Pick and Pack: You’ll be picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. A process that requires you to handle goods with care.

Days Shift - 04:30 to 14:30 | Nights Shift - 18:35 to 04:35

We use innovative and state of the art technology to ensure our customer’s shopping is picked and packed in an extremely safe and clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment.

Situated at the back of Birch Coppice Business Park, Dordon, we are easily accessible via public transport from Nuneaton, Atherstone and Tamworth. Outside of these areas, you will need to have transport to be able to access the site for your shifts.

From our facility we send out up to 200,000 orders per week to central and northern England. Whether it's receiving products from suppliers, picking customers shopping, or loading our vans and LGVs that interest you, we have a role for you.
