Furniture Delivery

Job Description

We are looking for delivery persons to join our logistics team. The role will include delivery and collection of handmade kitchens. some of the items are heavy and will need to be carefully delivered into customers houses so candidates must be very physically strong. 3 years clean UK driving licence is essential. Overtime will be necessary on occasion. General duties looking after stock, packaging and overseeing the warehouse will be part of the roll.

Core Functions:

• Loading and unloading into customers houses, kitchen furniture.
• Driving the Luton van.
• Checking the load for damages.
• Cleaning the truck before and after delivery.
• Maintaining a clean work area.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Clean driving licence for no less that 5 years.

Must be able to lift heavy furniture

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Delivery driver experience: 2 years (required)
• Driving: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
