Olive Tree Brasserie is a growing group of Greek/Mediterranean-style restaurants that are based across the North West. We uphold a high standard of quality and service in all we do. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food & drink orders to tables
- Taking customer orders
- Clear tables after meals
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of cutlery
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

· Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata). The holiday year runs from January to December. This will rise by one additional day for each year of service. Capped at an extra 5 days (33 days in total)
