Role Overview & Responsibilities

Salary: £21,000-£24,500

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid: Watford office based with working from home available

We are currently looking to recruit an Academy Training Administrator primarily responsible for Training Course Administration & Data entry.

The successful candidate will receive a fantastic opportunity with a leading FM service provider.

Responsibilities of the role include:

· The first point of contact for incoming calls and requests, answering simple queries and redirect other calls appropriately

· Administers training requests, training registration and training logistics, ensuring accurate data recording

· Coordinates with external suppliers

· Manages the training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms, sending information to participants, billing information, etc.)

· Process invoices and checks the invoices against orders

· Produce and distribute certification relating to training activities

· Ensure training evaluations are completed by employees for reporting as required

Profile:

· The successful candidate will have:

· Experience working as an Administrator

· The ability to prioritise and deal with multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

· Excellent ICT skills including the use of a range of computer packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, emails and research.

· Excellent communication skills including superb telephone manor

· The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

· Grade C or above in GCSE
